Complaint Review: High class universe

High class universe I placed an order on nov. 22 after seeing their advertisement on facebook. I have emailed 3 times in the last week as to the status of my order. I have received no response. There is no phone number. Internet

I ordered an item Nov 22 and have not received it. I have emailed the company 3 different times as to the status of my order. I have received no response. This leads me to question the legitimacy of this website. High Class Universe. I used a credit card and fearful of misuse of my info

Just based on the sheer number of complaints on this website (ROR) and a review of the website from which you purchased the items, you should contact your credit card issuer and cancel the purchase. That website, High Class Universe, is brand new.  Look up the "whois" on it and you will see that it is less than 2 months old and has many red flags associated with it including no contact other than email and a template type website with very little information. Be very cautious of these type of websites and check them out before you ever send money for an item to a fishy website. If I were in your shoes, I would have your card issuer change the card too.  You don't know what these scammers will do. Protect yourself.
