I ordered three dog banks from this company on 11/27/2016.  In their email acknowledgment they indicated they shipped within 72 hours.  To date I have not received the merchandise nor can I get a response to my request for status.  On 12/5/2016 they took the money from my account for the items I had ordered.  The company is still offering these banks for sale on facebook but some of the comments I have read indicated they did not receive their merchandise either.  I am afraid this is a scam,  I have sent them four requests asking them status or if I will receive by Christmas.
