High Class Universe Ordered The World's Cutest Dog Coin Bank Money Box. Charged CC, never received order! No response to email. Unknown Internet

Placed an order with High Class Universe on November 30, 2016 for 3 of the World's Cutest Dog Coin Bank Money Box gifts.  It was supposed to arrive before Christmas. The confirmation email had a link to check order status, and when I clicked it, it provided confirmation of the order, the amount charged to my credit card, and a note that they were preparing the order for shipment.  After several weeks, when I didn't receive my order, I tried sending an email to the only email address provided, which was highclassuniverse@gmail.com.  No response.  Now only a few days before Christmas, I again checked the status (no change) and tried to find another way to contact them.  There is NO telephone number or address listed for them.  They have not responded to my email.  And I still have not received the order.  I did a Google search on this company and they have OVER 100 complaints against them for the EXACT same issue I have.  In fact, most of them are for the same item which they were advertising on Facebook.  I am going to contact my credit card company, but wanted to put my experience out there to warn others of this scam.
