I received a confirmation email with my order number from High Class Universe. My account was charged and I never received the product. I clicked a link from my Instagram account for a dog coin bank on November 30, 2016. I prurchased and paid for the coin bank from my PayPal account that is directly linked to my checking account. After purchasing I received a confirmation email from High Class Universe with my confirmation number and receipt. After some time I never received the coin bank. When I tried to contact the company to track my package , their website was no longer active.
