This company hired my company to help them with their branding. They paid via credit card through our merchant services, which is PayPal. When a majority of the work on their project was complete, close to $5,000 in billable hours, they did a chargeback on the card, which took it out of our business account. This was after we had paid subcontractors and staff to do the work.
I sent all information on the work we did, the emails sent back and forth to the credit card company, and they denied my claim, meaning this company received $5,000 worth of services and paid nothing. It has put me and my company out of business. Do not do business with Kim Norman or with High Country Sports Academy.
According to other business professionals in the community, they do not pay their bills and they have a difficult time paying their staff as well.
