I purcahsed a cartier watch from them over the phone, thinking that since they are cartier dealer they will be a decent jeweler to make a purchase, it turns out they have no refund policy and if they will refund they want to charge a 10% re-stocking fee for the item being returned in less then 24 hours. Cartier should never give out their dealer flag to retailers like them as they are crooked and creating a bad name for cartier brand. shoppers be aware....NO REFUNDS in this store.
