Complaint Review: High maintenance Tree

Called no make appt, never showed, called 2 hours later, all kinds of excuses, finally sent someone, got an estimate, then the no shows started again for 1 week, no calls, after 1 week stated on my phone were coming to do work next day, then I called to verify no return call.

Then I get message nasty, finally reached, accused me of giving disconnected phone numbers, they attacked my character, and cancelled any future work, it’s funny since they managed to leave nasty message, and stated they knew what kind of person I was, they did not want to deal with us.

Quite the other way, do not keep appts, do not return calls, and their treatment of people, they had excuses from the beginning, school in session, someone else made appts and forgot to put down
