In March of 2018, I purchased a firearm shoulder holster. High Noon Holsters shipped the wrong holster, that was to small. I contacted there customer service, I took pictures, and emailed them, to prove the holster was to small. The lady I spoke with in customer service insisted that I had the correct holster, I requested to return the holster for a refund, I was able to return the item for a refund. High noon holsters was very slow to issue a refund, after two weeks and a phone call, they did issue a partial refund, they charged me a 10% restocking fee, and I also paid return shipping. I believe this is totally unfair when they sent me the wrong item. This is not a good way to conduct business.
