High Pass Filters ripoff, fraud web site. Takes money never ships products Internet
Ordered TV filter to improve picture on HDTV. Filter on web site appears to steal channels also. I already pay for them and only needed this filter to clear up picture as stated it would do. They take your 29.95 and never send product or respond to e-mail. I just don't want anyone else to get ripped off.
