Complaint Review: high plains

The boys are back at it again!  The sign is down and they start reappearing under new business names.   There people are crooks.  
this starts by a wind survey and a down payment.  they show up dig some holes and build a shed. 
After a year now we have been told that our original two turbines which got changed to three china turbines six month ago are on the way they will be here in a week!   Well a year later they still are not here!  So we went to high plains/Aquacare building place of business and to our disbelief  the sign was down and we were told to leave or the police would be called. 
 now that several farmers have made down payments the doors are closed.  Very bad people!  They take your money and run
