Chris Hanson Broker & Owner of High Profile Realty along with Michael Franklin (Chris's office manager) and his office help Trisha and Jessica will act in collusion to get you on board and take your dues knowing full well that they are not going to pay you your rightfully earned commissions. When you confront Chris about your commissions, he will look you right in the face, and tell you a convincing little fantasy about how he no longer has 28 employees to help him process files and cut checks for his agents to which he rightfully owes money. My wife and I paid him $1475 for 6 months dues just 6 weeks ago, which he tactfully entices you to do by giving you one month free if you pay 6 months up front (check the offer out on his website.) We closed a couple deals after that for which he owes me about $3000. We called and emailed him for weeks concerning our commission checks and kept getting the same response "thanks for your patience, should have checks for you next week". We finally met him at his office. He sat there and told us straight faced that he was behind in his work and that he would have checks for us "next week". Later that day, I sent Chris an e-mail notifying him that if we did not get our checks by the end of the next business day, we would be severing and hanging our licenses elsewhere. That seemed to get his attention somewhat. He started actually giving dates on which he would pay me. Knowing he has the power to write the check anytime he wants, I told him I was standing on my date and that I would indeed act on my earlier statement to sever, which I did. Since then Chris has been elusive and intermittently responsive. After sending him several professional emails with no response, I finally sent him an email telling him that he was behaving unprofessionally. He replied to me with a message, ultimately stating that he cannot put anything in writing. Now for God's sake, who can't communicate in writing? Perhaps someone who makes a habit out of incriminating themselves when they make written communication? I don't know? You be the judge. But please, if you do nothing else, do research, have an attorney look at your contract with High Profile before you sign up with them. Save yourself the grief and don't become a victim like some of us have.

High Profile Realty owes me a commission check from a deal that closed over two months ago. Everything I read in the reports against High Profile and Chris Hanson are similar to what I am going through. "I am behind on processing my paperwork". "I should be able to give you a check next week", are the excuses I have received from Chris on why he has not paid me. Arcadia Management Goup recently filed a judgement against Chris and High Profile Realty for 24K and change, check out the document recorded under number #20090595842 on the Maricopa County Recorders web site, it appears that commissions are not the only thing that is not being paid.

Chris lost one home in foreclosure. His property in Peoria is also headed to foreclosure, and Chris has hired Phillips & Associates to handle his bankruptcy.
If you are one of his realtors he owes a commission, contact someone that has collected from Chris to find out how you can collect even if he does file bankruptcy.
