High Profile Realty Will not pay me my $16,000 commission check - I have been waiting since September 2008!!! Glendale Arizona
I work very hard selling Real Estate in the Phoenix Area. I sold a home in September paying me $16,000. I turned in all of my paperwork prior to closing escrow. After a month, I started to wonder what was happening with my check. I called and was told by the office staff that I was missing paper work which was untrue but, I figured fine, so I faxed the file again - 2 weeks later, no check...I called and was told next week, then when that week came along, I was told "soon" or "this next week". Chris tried to give me his sad story - he was busy and he would have my check for me soon. Another 2 months passed and I called him (rarely does he answer his phone) begging for my check and he told me he never received the file - he acted like I never turned anything in to him. I forwarded him all of the emails I had (27 in total) asking for my check including the email in which he replied that he had received all of my paperwork and "would pay me next week!!!!"
IT HAS BEEN NINE MONTHS AND I HAVENT SEEN A DIME FROM CHRIS HANSON/HIGH PROFILE REALTY!!!!
I seriously doubt I will ever get my commission and I am very stressed out. I now know that there are 20+ agents waiting on commission checks from Chris Hanson.
I have begged him to please pay me and he just gives me excesses.
If you are reading this and you know of anything that I can do/or have been in my situation please give me some advise....I am at my wits end!!!

This report was filed by Sonya B. who is an extremely violent individual. She is impossible to deal with, or get anything worked out with. She came into our office, picked up the front desk phone and threw it against the wall. She had the nerve to try and say we wouldn't pay her due to being "racist". I told her I was very offended that she would even say something like that. She has joined forces with a few select individuals in an effort to discredit High Profile on the internet as much as possible. You can try to please 100% of the people, but there will always be those individuals that will never be happy no matter what.
It's hard to respond to an annonymous complaint, obviously they intended the anonymity since there is no truth to the complaint. However, I am in the office every afternoon, and always available and accessible to the agents. I promptly answer calls and emails.
All High Profile agents can get paid directly through Title as long as their file is complete prior to closing.
Yes, we laid off 27 employees over the last year and half due to the economy. We also closed 12 local offices in an effort to remain financially strong all while many other real estate companies went out of business. We have had to deal with unscrupulous ex-franchisors who got greedy and tried to cheat High Profile out of fees rightfully due, and also steal as many agents away by spreading as many rumors as possible just like what you will find on this site. High Profile has now been vindicated in court against those who did what they did (you know who you are).
Notice the dates on the few anonymous complaints filed are all on the same weekend in June. They were filed by a few individuals who are making a conscerted effort to discredit or damage the reputation of High Profile.
We will all get through these tough economic times with perserverance and understanding.
