Complaint Review: High Tech Pet

High Tech Pet fraudulent ripoff business sent defective bark collars ignored money back guarantee when we wanted to return. We can not get a hold of them now Ventura California

We ordered and received 2 bark collars. They worked for 3 days, then quit working.

I contacted High Tech Pet by e-mail on how to return the collars, and they actually responded to this. I mailed them back, and they returned them in a plain brown box in the same condition I mailed them to them.

When I e-mailed the second time that they still did not work, I got no response after waiting a week for a reply. I finally called the 800 number listed on their brochure and repeatedly got a recording telling me to call back during business hours of 8:30 to 5:00 daily. This of course is when I called. It is a scam business willing to take your money and unwilling to back up their product.

This was two months ago, and I still have not heard anything from them, nor do I expect to.
