BE CAREFUL NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMER!!! I just lost $3,200 to him after he showed me a property and asked for a "good faith deposit"!!! Well, as it turns out he didn't even have the listing for the property and apparently this is his so-called "business". He is already being checked out by the authorities for his fraud!!!
I wish I had checked with this site prior to doing any business with him. If I had I would have never done so and wouldn't be out all the money I am now. Not to mention, his office is closed when I go by there.
