Higher Impact, Inc. promises of a working money making websites or a 30 day money back refund. they did none of this, still looking for my refund. mesa, Arizona
I was promise working websites with great products, they did neither and when i ask about a refund they told me i had to return all of there material back to them in order to get the refund , I did so and there is still no refund, this is a big rip-off.
