I can not believe we don't have more laws to shut these scamers down.  I found them on Craigslist and called John Ellis with Higher Impact.  I ordered their information for $180 and when I received it I waited a couple of days for a call or email.  When I didn't hear from them I called the 1-866 number.  They had my last name spelled wrong so within 24hrs I received an email that said click here to activate my account.  Once I did that I waited for a call from the account executive but did not hear from him so I called.   Albert Blackmore returned my call. We talked for a short while and then he told me about 3 different 12 month marketing plans. The first was 10,000 clicks to my website for $5000 that should generate about $2-4 a month in income. 25,000 clicks for $9000 should generate $5000-8000 a month income and for  60,000 clicks for $15,000 should generate about $7000-14,000 a month income.  He came down to $10,000 for the 60,000 clicks.  He told me a would triple that 10k in 3 months and if I didn't I would not owe them the 5k he came off.  I did record him telling me that.

He quickly got my cc # and called.  They needed me to verify the transaction.  He put me on 3 way call and I ok'd the transaction.  He then told me Veronaca would email me the contract with more information and he would call me back in about 1 1/2 hours.  I never received  an email or a call back.  I called Alber back 2hrs later and left a message.  At that time about 4 hrs later I called me cc company and told them to stop the transaction but they told me it was already processing and  they could not.  I sent the company a email telling them to refund my account because of the lack of follow through and I realized it was a scam.  I never got a call back from Albert Blackmore or a contract by email.  I believe it was John George who called me back the 2 days later and left a message.  I hope these people get what is coming to them!!  I'm in the process of filing a claim with my cc company.
