I came across this report and it got me fired up. I had to respond. Here are my thoughts on Brandon Broadwater and his company Higher Laws.

First off I have to say I understand where the person who filed this report is coming from. They probably want to protect others from getting scammed and want to protect others from that happening to them. However, there are some fundamental pieces of the puzzle that are missing here that MUST BE ADDRESSED.

You see by their own admission they likely are not A PAYING CUSTOMER. They said they went to a "FREE SEMINAR." So if they are not a paying customer, why would you choose to listen to them? If someone has never bought an iPhone or an Apple product and they spend their time posting on the internet, about how iPhones and apple products are terrible, I probably would not take that person seriously regardless of how persuasive their arguemnt might be. They did not put their money on the line to find out.

You see, I have put my money on the line to find out about Brandon Broadwater and Higher Laws. In fact, I have put tens of thousands of dollars on the line to be able to find out. I know what it is like to wonder whether or not Brandon and Higher Laws are the real deal. I heard and read some negative things before I went to my first seminar. So I walked into my first event with my guard up and I was ready to bolt out of there if need be, however I eventually found some incredible things which have improved my life measurably.

Because of my attendance to Higher Laws events, I learned things that helped double my income. I learned things that helped improve my relationship with my spouse. I am learning real estate. I am learning how to be a better husband, father, business owner, and community leader.

So excuse me if I get fired up when some person who has not put their hard earned money on the line, hides behind the anonymity of the internet to malign and drag Brandon Broadwater's name through the mud. I personally won't stand for it! Is Brandon's seminar and services for everyone? No, of course not. But if you are willing to put your money where your mouth is, I suggest you close your mouth as it relates to products and services you have not paid for.

I get it, in our day and age everyone has an opinion, but you would be wise to not listen to a person who writes an Amazon review for a product they have not bought. I would not listen to a person who assails and attempts to berate a good man, and a great business. When a person makes such claims and accusations, I think it says more about them than it does the person they are trying to debase.

As far as "never being able to get out of a contract," isn't that the point of a contract? As a business owner I generally sign contracts with people to committ them and myself to a specific course of action. I would be foolish to have a loose contract that the other party can get out of at anytime. It is as if the person who made this post is agruing against the fundamental purpose of a contract. It like getting mad that gravity pulls you down when you jump, or that boiling water will burn your mouth. I have been to every type of event that Brandon Broadwater and that Higher Laws puts on (multiple times in fact) and never once did they hold a gun to my head to sign a contract. In fact, when the sales portion of the seminar came around they didn't even lock the doors. They actually said something along the lines of "come see us in the back of the room during the upcoming break."

So as a paying customer I choose to take this opportunity to give an alternative perspective, one that can actually have a leg to stand on.
