Folks please be aware of the "company" Higher Level Research w/contact persons of "Karen Riley" and "Robert Mitchell". This entity has posted numerous job announcements with the guise of "marketing research", "consumer opinions needed for graphic layouts", "creative people needed to assess marketing campaigns" for $200 payment of time and effort in local Craiglist ads, etc. The reality is that the "job" consists of "auditing" telemarketing campaigns by various educational institutions and auto insurance companies. After completion of the initial audit, the email bounced back. Emails and messages to "Karen Riley" were never returned. Plus, the links that were provided to the companies on the file form would change from when one initially received it. The companies that contacted me were legitimate and what is the kicker, they honestly believed they were going to bring in business. Yes, they were pretty much courteous and sincere in their efforts.

I do not know exactly what the aim of Higher Level Research is other than to obtain affliate marketing income or identity fraud. Even so, I just wanted hard-working honest folks not to get ripped off by this "company" as well as all of the honest companies (auto insurance, private online schools, and local colleges such as University of Phoenix). I've done my part by file a report here as well as notifying Craigslist as well as flagging their posts. It's a shame to purposefully target hard-working individuals as well as business especially in this economy. Lesson learned.
