Highestpaysurveys offered access to sites that pay for completing surveys and forums. I have scarcely received any surveys and the few received only offer miniscule points which I most probably will never be able to retrieve. The site offered a money back guarantee, yet they can not be contacted (e-mail is returned undelivered). Paymet was taken by ClickBank who can also mysteriously not be contacted even though they managed to take the payment!
