My mother-in-law got a letter in the mail today saying that she was declared as one of the NATIONAL LOTTO CO-OPERATION SWEEPSTAKES LOTTERY winners that was held on May 24th, 2008 in the 2nd Category.
She also had a real check in the envelope for $4995.98, and that she was to pay the sum of $2,995.00 in taxes to a certain agent named Smith Rickman.
