Complaint Review: Highlawn Moving and Storage

I has been more than 8 months since i used them...not to mention the attitute and the same story that other consumers have written about Josh coming in with a estimate and then the movers actually filling up the truck with half empty boxes and quoting that my cubic feet is far more than the estimate and i have to pay more...needless to say i succumbed to the pressure with my stuff in their truck. 

Now i am trying to get paid for the damages they did to my art work, office furntiure, Master bedroom furniture, broken glass top and missing stuff.  They are sending me in circles say they cannot see the photos properly and that the coverage i took pays by the pound and the best they could give me to $200 (actual worth of damage is more than $5000).  David the claims adjustor is never in the office he is nobody but Josh the broker who goes around and give wrong binding estimate.   Russian scam at his best.

I am thinking of getting my attorney involved once i send my photos (again) with confirmation receipt.
