This is to inform that we were ripped off by this company. I got married on 09/17/2017 at Pace Parker Center (Address 20000 Pikes Peak Avenue, Parker, CO 80138). We had a contarct with company called "Highlights" for the decoration of our wedding ceremony. We paid whole amount of $1500 in advance to the vendor. As per the contract the company did not even pursue the 25% of what has been agreed to do. We are very upset and it was a big mess for our ceremony.
I would like to inform eveyone. kindly, do not deal with Highlights event company. (Name of the owner is Jonathan Peterson).I am not sure how to get my money back. We did the charge back from capital one however, they want us to proivide them with the proof from any third party or a report.
Kindly help us out to get our money back from the vendor.
