Highster Mobil spy They sold me a product that they said if I wasn't happy with it I had ten days to get a refund Internet

I bought a smart cell phone for the purpose tof finding out about a person I was chatting with on line.Bought Highster Mobil spy Installed it let her use the phone.  Only about three (3) things worked that they have adevrtised. And to me the most importain feature that i bought the service was for the GPS tracking.  It didn't work from day one. At the same time I bought the spy service they also sold me a 1/2 hour phone support system for another 29.99 .  when I saw the GPS system was not working I tried to getin touchwith  the support system but when ever I called they would put me on hold telling me that a tech would get with me.I was on hold maybe ten minutes and then they hung up on me.

So called back got the same run around.  i tried to email them. email came back said there was no such email address.  I had made the purchase through paypal an they couldn't help me but did give me a number to call so i could talk to some one. That is when they said they could not issue me a refund because it was already installed on a phone.  There is nothing I saw in there advertisment where it says anything about that.  All it states is there is a 10 day money back warrenty. Also this all went on in the supposly ten day peorid I bought this on the 18th of Febuary 2015 and stqrted trying to get a refund on the 23th day of Febuary 2015. I am hoping that there is some way you can help me with this matter
