on Dec. 24 2011 I put a 25 percent deposit $ 128.00 on a antique smith & wesson revolver.then on 12-26-11 I cancelled the order, at this time I was told by the owner Roxanne Martinson that she was within the law and can keep my deposit. this was not indicated at time of purchase. This deceptive business practice must be looked into. Im sure I am not the only person they have ripped off.

note> The purchase was never completed, this was only A deposit with no mention off forfeiture of aid deposit.

Oct 2015  I recently had an Auction transaction with Highway 14 Antiques. Through no fault of theirs, the computer lied, the product was not available at the time. They tried for a week to find the same product but could not. I was given a prompt & full refund, hassle free, sent 2 day Priority Mail. My experiance with Highway 14 Antiques has been great, & I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I say thank you for the way you handled this.

First of all this customer was fully refunded Immediately even though he broke a law abinding contract. No one Forced him to push the "Buy It Now" Button, and we were being helpful since he couldnt pay for it all at once to offer Layaway (Most companies do not do this), Firearms are spendy and we want to help our buyers, this particular gun was on consignment and I had already paid the consigner. And actually this was the first person to forfeit his layaway, We would have worked with him to give him more time.

Most Importantly, This sight is the RIPOFF to get this removed would cost me the Business owner a minimum of $2000.00.

Business owners please email me if you wish to file a joint lawsuit against this sight. It may take time but we need to be rid of these scam artists.
