Higious.com Purchased Halloween items - NOT AS DESCRIBED/PICTURED
I ordered a Jabbering Jack-like Halloween decoration from higious.com. It was supposedly part of a promotion where you could get three products for 1 price. I placed my order and waited but didn't hear from anyone for a while. Attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. I filed a PayPal dispute for it being a possible scam but was denied.
The same day as the denial, I got a notification that my item had shipped, so I let it go. When I finally received the item, it was a package with three small plastic pumpkins. I paid almost $50 for these, and I could have gotten each for a $1 at another store. I've tried to file another dispute through PayPal but they will not allow it because of the original dispute.
