Complaint Review: Hilburn Solutions Inc.

They may be experts at Quickbooks, but they are not at bookkeeping, and they lack honesty and integrity.  After the daughter, Abby, made a massive error that resulting in us being billed for thousands more than needed, they admitted the mistake but refused to make it right.  They also require remote log in saying they cannot work on an "accountant's copy" (which is odd, because our current accountant has no difficulty doing so), but in actuality, the remote login allows them to bill you even more for the "service".   They push you to take their "classes" promising you'll learn things that will enable you to take on more of the Quickbook tasks, but the classes are an incoherent, rambling mess of useless, disjointed information.  The blessing that came out of this fraud was that we found an amazing and honest bookkeeper who cleaned up the mess Hilburn made of our books.
