Purchased a necklace at auction for $80 which was pictured with a silver chain. The "necklace" arrived but without a chain. I contacted the seller and they replied: "In the description it does state that this is a pendant, I am sorry but it does not come with a chain. In order to display it we put a chain on it." But the description features all of their necklaces on a variety of different chains PLUS the description did not let the purchaser know that the chain was NOT included. They did not provide full disclosure. They don't provide refunds OR address the issues if their merchandise proves to be fake if you should decide to get a second opinion from a real jewelry store.
