She asked me and my partners to have a meeting with her and she showed us a very nice portfolio of the house's she has fixed and flipped. She knows her numbers well and she's very convincing.
She is not finishing the house, its been 6 months. She told us that she is cutting us out of the deal. After holding our capital for 6 months.
