My name is Rosa S and my husband and I went to Hillside Honda to purchase our leased CRV.  They gave us our paperwork to purchase the car.  We complained and told them that the amount did not sound correct.  They told us that everything was in order.  We then proceeded to a person who we were told was a financial officer who gave us a 4.68% rate even though my credit score is 854.   We found out later he was the salesman not the person we spent 3 hrs with.  They also told us that by law we could not leave the premises without new back tires.  We told them there was nothing wrong with the tires.  We ended up leaving with the old and new tires.  A while later we did not feel right about the paper work  We went back to Hillside Honda and asked them to review the papers we felt something did not add up.  They refused and told us that we had signed and that was that.  We decided to go to Paragon Honda who reviewed the papers.  The Salesman told us we had been screwed.  And that we were essentially paying for a new car instead of a used car.    He also pointed out added charges.  I hope that you can help us with this matter.  I have complained to the BBB and Consumer Affairs.  I have also written letters to Honda's CEO.  Please let me know if there is anything that can be done
