BEWARE of HILLTOP SOLUTIONS in San Diego!

This is a relatively new spinoff of CYDCOR, also known as ARSENE-LEE ADVERTISING. They are listed with ads on every possible job search website, promising advertising jobs and management positions. In reality, this is nothing more than a multi-level marketing scheme, designed to lure people into a limitless pool of people doing door-to-door selling and recruitment of others.

They will waste your time with the first interview, and most certainly call you back to "congratulate" you and invite you back for a full day of training. According to others, this is a 9-hour day spent walking around with their recruitment team, doing door-to-door selling and being indoctrinated into all the false promises of money and promotion. Don't be fooled!!!!

The manager of this outfit uses a phony name, "Michael Rivera", and who knows what his partner-in-crime receptionist's real name is. They use many different names in the job ads, but there are only two people working at the office. Deception, deception, deception. I was told they don't have a website because they are a "grassroots" company that doesn't need the publicity, because it's all about "smiles and handshakes!" What a load of crap. After some more internet research, I came up with a ton of information and complaints about exactly what type of business this is.

Job seekers be forewarned!!! Hilltop Solutions is NOT offering any positions for salaried professionals seeking real experience in the advertising field. They are looking to recruit more and more "independent contractors" and "distributors" and the ONLY money you will make is from commissions and from the recruitment of others into this pseudo-pyramid scheme. Most people will make less than minimum wage or nothing at all. They will tell you there are no limits to the opportunities they are offering you--that you can be a manager of one of more than 20 offices that will be opening, and have a staff of 20 people reporting to you. Yeah, right....and big-winged baboons will fly out of my anus and do circus tricks. WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY HAVE MUCH TO HIDE!!! Slick speeches to motivate and entice you into joining their "team" are utterly meaningless. They don't care about your experience, appearance, education, anything. Anybody who wastes their time joining, is in!!!
