Complaint Review: Hilton Furniture

Hilton Furniture Hilton Koch Cancelled a puchase 11/7/15. To this day i no furniture nor my money. Can't speak to anyone thee and also they hang up on me when i call. The owner is never there. Sales rep was upset when i cancelled the purchase but still ran my card.please help me Houston Texas

 Went into store to furnish my home for holidays. The furniture I liked was to big for apt. So I cancelled the purchase. When I told the sales rep I wanted to cancel it due to the fact it was to big. He immediately was upset. I had repeatly told him this. Once I looked at my bank statement the purchase was on my card. I called the store to ask for my refund and that was when i started getting the run around. Was told that I would not receive a refund nor my money back as of today 12/25/2015 I have not received neither. Please help me recover my money. Will never do business with them again.
