HIMCO Refused to fix his work Los Angeles California
Automatic Drive gate installed June 2007. Installation was poor and done by a total novice. After the rains of the winter, contacted in 2008 about the fencing leaking and the bad crackling paint job. (it cracks when metal has not been allowed to cool and paint is applied too soon and it takes being in the weather for while for it show up.) Because I said it was his 30 day notice before I took further action, he said he was insulted and refused to come do anything, even after taking him to BBB which was a waste of time.
I am now paying another company to seal the places where the water is going inside the metal and redo the paint job. I paid a lot of money for this fence from what i thought was reputable company but I have recently read that Jeffrey is the son of the original owner who I am sure is turning over in his grave as his son tears down the reputation of a company he built and see all his years of hard work going down the drain. I wouldn't let him on my property again even to fix it.
From the other complaints sites online, I think we should all ban together to fight his license renewal and put him out of business. He is crude and arrogant and I understand he gives short people a bad name and I am sure he is not easy to work for. I have already been screwed by him but want to make sure that others can be warned. I have pictures of the shoddy work and will take more when it is repaired.
