Hinesville Ford Quick Service Unneed Repairs/Parts Hinesville, Georgia
Took my vechicle into the Quick Service of Hinesville Ford for a run of the mill tire rotation and oil change. Tires less than a year old that were purchased at this same dealership. Shortly after dropping off the car I get a call from Quick Service stating there is a problem with my tires. I need two new tires and should really replace all three, in addition I need a new air filter and my brakes are in poor condition. I said that I just purchased these tires and they informed me all four tires were uninflated by 10 pounds each, when the tires were purchased we had nitrogen put in them and the car had been back to the dealership for a tire repair and to have the air levels checked multiple times. Good news is that by the way they have a $100 rebate on tires right now so I could save some money. They also refused to rotate the tires due to the tread wear on the tires. When I refused the purchase they became very rude and claimed that they did not understand why my tires were so low that I had ruined them. I told them I found it amazing that all four tires were the same exact weight under the correct pressure. I then had my husband to take the car to another tire store in Hinesville who told him we did not need new tires or brakes, they did rotate the tires, clean out the air filter and luckily this ended well for us. Beware of Hinesville Ford Quick service, they will say you need unnecessary repairs in the attempt to make a sale. Will be reporting them to the BBB also.
