The item was ordered online at hip hop jewelry kings on 6 Feb 2011. My credit card was charged $41.77 immediately. I received a confirmation email shortly after ordering online, which made me feel at ease. I assumed the business reputable/trustworthy. The website customer service number(877-253-3950) is a recording you never get the chance to speak to anyone. The live help offline is only a means to email them. I contacted the website by email three times asking for an update/assistance on my order.
I received a reply only once from Lynn the sales manager on 16 Feb 2011 stating I would receive an update with my tracking information shortly. I have yet to receive an update or the merchandise I was charged for. It is an internet scam/fraud, i was ripped off. There is no real way to get in contact with this company other then e-mail. I should have guessed something was wrong when i received the confirmation email, and i wasn't charged for tax. I have reported hiphopjewelrykings to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). I only hope those responsible can be tracked down, and punished to the fullest extent of the law.

I received my online order from hip hop jewelry kings on 31 Mar 2011, original order placed 6 Feb 2011. I'm not sure if it was me informing them via e-mail i filed a report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), or if it just takes them 2 months to finally get to orders. I did receive an e-mail on 28 Mar 2011 stating my item had been shipped, i figured it was just computer generated, to keep me confused. I still consider this company to be unreliable. Do not order from Hip Hop Jewelry Kings!
