i odered a pair of jordan sneakers from this website. they sent me a pair of sloppily put together fake shoes, which is not the worst part. when i went to try on 1 of the shoes, i cut my toe from a defect on the shoe. it was a thumbtack inverted upwards inside the toe area of the sneaker. i could not even bend it down to try the shoe on.
i emailed the site with my complaint and they did not respond back . i waited about 2 weeks and emailed them again asking them for atleast an exchange for another pair of shoes. they emailed me back after about a month and said that they looked over my complaint and order and said the conditions do not qualify for an exchange and they were canceling my receipt and order so that they dont have to deal with me anymore... this has been the only bad internet purchase ive ever experienced, this drove me to actually get on this website and do something about it. thank you for reading this if you did...
