Sorry to read Dave from Wincester's story. Dave, if they are taking you to court mention that they don't have the member companies they claim.

I worked for them over a year ago. When I worked there, we didn't have member companies. I don't know if they have companies now. Based on what I'm reading, I'm guessing they still do not have as many as they claim.

Part of my job was to tell people we had member companies so they'd sign on. I read the rebuttal by the CEO claiming Joan from New York wasn't a client. I don't know if she was a client but I do know that they were trying to expand to the New York area. People in New York be careful!

Dave, bring up the issue of no member companies. I don't know what you signed but the agreement can be voided if they were dishonest in what they told you they had. I would check with an attorney to hear if I'm right. I hope I helped, Good luck!

I would like to thank all the people who took the time to post their experiences. I was contacted by HiProfile this week and had a wierd feeling about them. The gentlemen who contacted me through around too many buzzwords and asked riduculous screening questions. I was scheduled to speek with one of their executives tomorrow but have cancelled the phone interview after reading the posts on this board.

Once again, thanks for the heads up and saving my time.
