I opened an account with the company. My first bill showed me very late because the previous ownew had foreclosed and left an outstanding balance.

For month months they promised to fix it but it always showed me as being delinquent. They stopped picking up my trash several times. I could never reach them so I had to leave unreturned messages. They would start up the pickup just to stop in a couple of weeks. The husband of the office manager even came by to haul off some trash in a personal arrangement. He was no help in resolving the issue though it is supposedly family owned.

They never respond. I called Better Business but they did absolutely nothing because of the long term relationship I am guessing. I contacted a number in Wills point and again got no response. When they did answer, which was very, very seldom. Thei response was just mark throuh the bill and it would be corrected. It is stillnoted on the account. My name and address along witha Hispanic sounding name of whom the neighbors speak of as a previus owner.

Is there any solution? Has anyone else ever dealt with this issue?
