Complaint Review: Hiram Waste

This company has the worst service I have ever seen in my life!  They never pick up the trash!  2-4 weeks would go by with no trash pickup!  Stray animals in the neighborhood would have trash all over the yard and street.  The smell would be awful!  I have had to call many times to get them to come out and pick up the trash because weeks had gone by with no trash pickup.
Anytime I would call, there was always some excuse as to why the trash had not been picked up.  That's if you could reach a live person.  If you couldn't, then you are given the excuse via their answering machine.
After 4 weeks of no trash pickup and trash scattered everywhere, I called last week and (of course) left a message demanding they come get their trash and trash cans.  They did show up on Sunday though to pick up their trash cans.  Funny how they can't pick up the trash during the week but they can make sure someone is out on Sunday to get their trash cans!  They picked up their trash cans and the trash that was in them.  They did not pickup any of the trash (neatly stacked) outside the trash cans that wouldn't fit in them.  They grabbed only their trash cans and the trash that was in them. 
This is a consistent problem with these people.  Just read all the reports on here about them.  They also have 23 complaints filed against them with the BBB, of which only 3 of them have they responded to. 
Save yourself the money, trouble, heartache, headache, and smell by going with IESI.  I called them last Thursday and got them setup to come out.  They had my trash cans out the next day.  They even picked up on Monday even though it was a holiday (Labor Day). 
Hiram Waste is not worth the money!  Either get service through someone else or take the trash to the dump yourself!
