Complaint Review: Hiram Waste And Recycling

I started with hiram waste about 9yrs ago at first it was grat no problems and i heard it was ran by mother and her boys.Then about 5yrs down the road the mother either retired or what ever then everything started to go down hill.Now i never know when my trash is going to be picked up i have 5 grandchildren their mother and my mom and my husband n myself thats a lot of trash.Then i started getting my bill and yes we do forget to pay sometimes but we always pay.Now everytime i get my bill its still showing over 300.00 that ive already paid several times i call in to their office which no one answers and no return call.Idont understand why their is no one in forney office that can make this company stand up to some rules or get out of forney.Ive called these other company that you guys as mentioned and i cant afford them they told me 91.00 a month one week pick up.So reporting here what will this do for us.Looks to me that city of forney should step up and say ok enough is enough do our commuity right or get the hell out and bann them from coming back.Forney city concil should get involved.
