Complaint Review: 8005841775 - hiring for postal workers

I called this number from this ad:
Hiring For 2005 Postal Positions $18.50 - $59.00 Benefits/ Paid Training/Vacations 1-800-584-1775 Ref #6990

Called the number
1.They said the starting wage would be $8.50-$9.00 an hour,not $18.50. And it would be $59.95 for the exam. I said I was not interested and went to the official post office site usps.com
Which told me that there were no postal exams available in my stateand for the record postal exams are free. This company is making a killing on people that don't know where to go for the information.
