Complaint Review: Hirschbach Motor Lines1

More miles, less money. When your given a preplan, they give you detailed route with miles for each Hwy your going on. When you check the miles, they short you anywhere from 3 miles to 22 miles per Hwy that they have routed you on. I questioned how you can route me through Kentucky on Hwy I-75 all the way through and short me 18 miles from the route. There answer, well its piratical miles.                      

More loads than time. Because they use Peoplenet, they will give you load after load and you wont be able to make appointment times do to the fact that it took all day to load ( which you have to record by peoplenet ) and the fact that they wont let you turn down loads. You loose alot of time because of peoplenet that they cant get a grasp of.

They have been putting me on 1400 1500 mile runs and giving me 4 to 5 days to do. I've asked not to be on them or change appointment times so I could get more miles. Im an owner operator and this the last run with this f***ed up company. Every time I call in to talk to my DM, I get voice mail which is never read. I dont get a call back at all from her. I call back to operations and get someone else to get an answer, which happens sometimes.

Home time. I was told by my recruter that home time is every 14 to 18 days out. I'll be da**ed if I stay out for 5 weeks and they can't get me home when I requested. Stay out for weeks and can't get me home when requested. This company is a joke. Every O/O I've talked to is not happy with this company. By the way, if need be, Ive got proof of every thing I've said.
