Complaint Review: HiSecrets

On October 9, 2019, I placed an order for 2 Gesture Control Double-Sided Stunt Cars for my grandsons for Christmas. After many emails to find out where the stunt cars were, I finally received them on November 21, 2019. The stunt cars that they send me were nothing like what they are selling on their website.

The stunt cars that I ordered had a wrist control to do the stunts with as well as a hand held receiver. The stunt cars that I received only had the hand held receiver (no wrist controller) and look nothing like what they advertised.

I immediately emailed them and was offered a $42 voucher and a $39 partial refund for my trouble or a full refund if I send back the stunt cars.

At this point I am afraid to send the cars back as their email always states that they are not responsible for any items that do not make it to there warehouse. They are now refusing to do a partial refund.

This is clearly a scam with a bait and switch operation. I want the original stunt cars that I ordered which are the stunt cars on their website.

Stay far away from this company.
