In April 2006 the FTC charged the Rafel Vazquez and Ernesto Ramirez of Hispanexo with submitting charges to the consumers credit card without their approval. Thay also have al judgement of 206 millions dollars.

They still advertising their books, report to these frauds to the FTC website
