Complaint Review: HIT WEB DESIGN (FORMALLY) HERITAGE WEB SOLUTION

If I only knew about Ripoff Report 3 weeks ago! Hit Web Design formally "Heritage Web Solutions" just rip me off for $600. It was almost $1300. They sold me on designing this complete custom web site with all the bell's and whistles. But all I got was a complete run a around of fake designers and program managers who are very unprofessional.

They absolutely did nothing! Not a template, not a color, not a word. I mean literately! Notta, nothing, zero... And that's what I ended up with when I figured something is going on here. I did some further research and found this site. You talk about kicking your self in the you know what.

We finally canceled our web design 2 weeks into the project and asked for a full refund. What we got was NO your not getting your money unless you do your site with us. They claim they had $600 of hosting fee's for 2 weeks. Host what? We didn't even have a site! People money is hard out here and there is no room for companies like this to operate in this manner and fashion. PLEASE beaware of these FRAUDS!
