In November of 2009 I couldn't get into my webpage. Yep, it was gone and lost forever come to find out. I spent hours on hold and sent numerous emails and my webpage could never be found. I had problems from the beginning with this company. It took over 8 months for them to design and get it to somewhat work. The errors were ridiculous ones. Lots of spelling errors. I requested over and over again to have these errors fixed and most never were. My webpage never worked properly and then it just disappeared.
It took five months of them still charging my monthly fee and for them to finaly admit that my webpage was gone and in face my web name had been purchased by another individual so I have lost that. The expense of changing all my company documents has been incredable. I asked for my money refunded and the first fellow I spoke with said sure; no problem. I never get my money back so spent hours on hold again and was told he was fired by the company and then I was offered two months of free web hosting if I wanted to purchase another domain name.
I just want my money refunded for 5 months of web hosting and the annual fee to have the privlage to be hosted.
