We hired the company in Septemer 2010 and paid for design and 1 year of website hosting.
After 3 months of going back and forth, the website had still not been completed or even started, at which time I requested a full refund. The refund was approved by their accounting department, but never received.
Service from the design department, as well as customer service was non-existent.
