Complaint Review: HIT Web Design

I've been a HIT Web Design customer. I've had nothing but trouble from them. Poor designers, poor customer service, constant sales calls, and now that they have gone out of business, I've paid for 2 years worth of hosting, upgrades, service time etc. that won't be honored. They are a bunch of crooks. Don't do business with David Aiken or anyone associated with HIT or Heritage Web Solutions. I'd be happy to join a class action law suit. Just let me know!
