HITACHI LCD TELEVISION 50V500 ripoff! WORST TV EVER, SERVICE HOT LINE IS USELESS! CHULA VISTA California
If you're looking in to buying a new TV, with HDTV technology, please DO NOT buy HITACHI's LCD Rear Projection Television, 50v500, I by mistake buy one and not even a year letter is broken, yes is under guaranty, but the service from this guys is the worst, i'm been waiting for over 2 months for the piece that supouse to fix my TV and nothing, still on back order, I ask to this guys, how in the world, you been the manufacturer can have enough parts to distribute acordingly to fix TV's, or is it that there are so many broken HITACHI TV's that you run out of parts.
This is totally ridiculous, I have 2 SONY TV's for over 10 years and they have never been brokken, or give me problems, so please if you want to avoid a big headake an having to deal with terrible customer service, DO NOT BUY HITACHI.
