in Januray 2014. I as hired as a 1099 sub contractor by Wm Khouri president of HiTech Solutions to install network cabling and wireless access points at a tire retailer locations in northern IL area.
Mr Khouri agreed on pricing prior to start of the project. But has not paid me anything for work done. over 12,000 dollars is due to me. Several times he has said oremailed me saying check been mail, check has been Fdex to me, or he is sending money thru Western union. He has emailed fake Fedex tracking numbers.
