I placed an order on March 8, 2009 for a grant helper CD for the shipping charge fee of $4.95. On March 20, 2009, I checked my account and saw that an additional $74.95 was deducted from my account. I called the 1888-662-8762 number and was told that the money will be credited back on my account in 48 hours which should have been March 23, 2009. I called on March 23, 2009 and was told that it could take up to 5-7 business days which according to the rep will be 48 business hours. Now this is nonsense!!! OMG these people are CROOKS....

Please do not ever do business with this company ever. I asked the rep I spoke with today to speak to her supervisor and she bluntly said NO. I said "May I speak to someone else because I am not understanding what she was telling me regarding the lenght of time my money will be credited back to my account. She placed me on hold for about eighteen minutes and then clicked the phone off. I heard the click. She sounds spanish and I really need to tell people to beware of this company.
